Services Provided
We offer various subscription tiers providing design and creative services as detailed on our website.
Payment Terms
• Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe Link.
• Payments are due on the same day each month as the subscription start date.
• Services are suspended until payment is made in full if not canceled.
Request Handling
• Design requests are managed through a dedicated Trello Board.
• Communication is maintained via a Slack workspace.
Turnaround Time
• Simple requests: 48 hours.
• Complex requests: up to a week.
• Requests may be divided into multiple parts; revisions count as new requests.
Communication
• Monthly sit-downs to ensure expectations are met.

Term and Termination
• Subscriptions are valid until canceled by the client.
• A 72-hour (three business days) notice is required for termination before the next billing cycle.
Confidentiality
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Intellectual Property
• All work remains the property of Barron & Folly until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, the client obtains full rights to the final deliverables.
Liability and Indemnification
• Barron & Folly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The client agrees to indemnify Barron & Folly against claims arising from the use of our services.
Force Majeure
• Neither party is liable for performance delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
Dispute Resolution
• Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in American Fork, UT.
Governing Law
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah.
Amendments
• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
